San Clemente

San Clemente is a coastal city in Orange County. It is the southernmost city of Orange County and known for its ocean, hill, and mountain views, a pleasant climate and its Spanish colonial-style architecture. San Clemente's city slogan is "Spanish Village by the Sea". The official city flower is the bougainvillea, and the official city tree is the coral. The city of San Clemente offers a magnificent coastline and beautiful beaches. With its perpetual sunny weather and perfect waves, a surfer's paradise, also ideal for swimming, bodyboarding, hiking, volleyball, whale watching, fishing, surfing and diving. Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens embodies the city's original Spanish-style architecture, it is a nonprofit organization located in San Clemente that provides cultural programs for people of all ages. Downtown is filled with excellent restaurants and shops that are decorated with cream stucco walls, red tile roofs, and dark wood doors and windows. The famous San Clemente Pier is as massive as it can be at 1,296 feet in length. San Clemente provides easy access to highways yet sits tucked along the coast providing a serene beach setting. A flourishing market makes San Clemente a great place to invest or establish a long-term home.
